In the wake of the numerous incidents (Rice, McDonald, Hardy, Manziel) that have plagued the NFL in this area, looks like they are trying to address it. The most notable person this impacts is Boykin from TCU this year, but would have prevented Cash (drafted in 2nd by Seattle) from participating in the combine.
