2 starters in the last 20 years isn't even accurate as Rodgers has missed time to injury, something Favre didn't do....but best of all time? No that's an opinion. The names Manning, Brady, Marino come to mind before them.

lol if you don't think Favre or Rodgers were never considered among the best in the NFL.Just let it go, your reaching...terribly

Among the best, yes. But you said "best of all time". IMO neither is the best of all time. Rodgers is definitely top 5 but not #1. He's among the best but not THE best

Actually, he used the words "among" and "possibly" - I think those are suitable.

They are suitable. But he argued with me that it was a fact when I told him he's entitled to his opinion.

If you measure how good a QB is by championships, here's your man: 5-1 in chamionships over 8 consecutive seasons, QB rating of 104.8 and 9-1 record over his entire playoff game career. The only playoff game he lost, the game ended just 9 yards and 4 points short of a W... http://www.pro-football-reference.com/players/S/StarBa00/gamelog/post/

I really can't see this regime licht and lovie putting their jobs at the hands of glennon. How many coach and gm hirings have kept the same qb the next year that they didn't draft and wasn't a star. My guess is not many if any.

Bridgewater is a fantastic QB prospect and is going to do great in the NFL. Manziel is a wildcard but Im a believer and I think they majority of people are as well. After that its not that great of a class. For the record, I personally believe Bridgewater is a cant miss QB prospect.

I totally agree. He is not on the Luck level of sure bet, but he is just a notch below that.He just doesn't have a lot of flaws. He is very similar to Aaron Rodgers. Rodgers also fell a bit in the draft.....he is also a reserved guy like BridgEwater. That is what I am hearing about Bridgewater, he is too quiet of a person. Those are the guys you want. You want your QB to be calm and cool at all times. Eli Manning shares this trait also. Peyton on the other hand has always had a hard time winning the big game under pressure. Just watch, if Seattle can get him on his back he will turn on his OL. That is what he does, he yells at his teammates instead of getting ready for the next play. He cant perform under pressure. love watching Manning meltdown.

lol, no 2 starters over 20 years. don't give me the scrubs that filled in for injuries and those 2 are among the best of all time.    You fail.

but there's no one worth putting their jobs on the line in the draft, is there? A party boy? A d2 wiz? A friends younger brother? At least with glennon they know they are getting a hard working smart kid with a good head on his shoulders.

I can see them drafting a new QB.  But I also can see them rolling with Glennon.  There are points to be made for both arguments.I just don't get the hate for Glennon here, everyone likes to piss all over what he did, but what he did was damn impressive.

And here I thought I was in the minority thinking this QB class left lots to be desired.  If I was picking early, I would concentrate on Clowney, Mathews, and a few other non-QB's. But it happens every year, teams will overdraft the QB's because they are desperate.

NDY,I agree.  But for me, you can't make a list of QBs that took their teams to championships without the names Otto Graham, Terry Bradshaw and Joe Montana.  Graham won somthing like 8 championships in 11 years.  Bradshaw and Montana have 4 SB rings each.  One thing that is always overlooked with Bradshaw is he called his own plays from the field.  There was no coach sitting in the booth sending in plays.

Murray I'd agree on - Mettenberger, hell to the no. Saw a lot of him at LSU - he's not a starter in this league.

I will admit, I didnt see "a lot" of Mettenberger, but the decent bit I saw showed me he has the physical skills to play in the league.  Before end of last year I wouldnt have wanted anything to do with Murray and his big game choking...but he seems to have overcome that.  What specifically about Zach do you not like?

Very inconsistent. He'd look all world one minute and Tim Tebow (the NFL one, not the College Heisman Trophy Winner)  the next. We've done our time with inconsistent quarterbacks. Murray, you know what you were going to get with him. Early in his career he would have some meltdowns from time to time but for the most part he would have the Dawgs in position to win. He isn't flashy like Johnny Football but he was solid all around. Not the greatest arm but he can get it there. I don't know. I just have really admired the kid and as a diehard Gator fan it's tough for me to say anything good about a Georgia player.  He reminds of Glennon but with much better mobility (and obviously less height).I've heard there were some off-the-field questions with him from his time in Tampa, don't know if that's still the case. In the 4th round though? Deal me in.

Thanks...I must have caught him when he was looking good.  Living in Atlanta Ive had the (dis)pleasure of being forced to follow UGA football so I have seen Murray a lot these past few years.  I like the kid as a prospect and while I dont think he is the same cant miss prospect that Luck was...I also wouldnt be shocked if he ended up having the best career out of any QB in this draft.
