NFL Paid to be Patriotic?

I thought this was a bit bizarre and worth noting.  I'm kind of sad to think the NFL's "RAH,RAH" for the troops might have been a cash grab.  I'm not bothered by the NFL as much as the DOD spending the money.  I do think the idea that congress should force teams to return the money is absurd as well... http://www.nationaljournal.com/congress/senators-pentagon-shouldn-t-pay-nfl-for-patriotism-20150604
