No GM is the messiah

They all make mistakes, every GM has made picks they regret, but some picks just scream boneheaded move. Even Jimmie Johnson made a ridiculous move taking john avery little running back from ole miss, dumb pick .  Gruden with wr dexter jackson appalachian state. I would say that ozzie newsome and the steelers GM seem to do slightly better than most. What GMs do you think are the most consistent prognosticators?  Most picks you can rationalize to some degree, but once in awhile there are just massive headscatcher picks that make no sense whatsoever. meaning a total reach on a player who doesnt have the measurables and production to warrant pick. Probably the worst are  small school players that dont have outstanding measurables.
