Kim Klement-USA TODAY Sports The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have been bad for years now. The last time they went to the playoffs was 2007. Their last winning season came in 2010. And they've now had four consecutive seasons of ending last in the division. One more year of that, and they set an NFC record according to Ira Kaufman. Of the four NFC South teams, the Bucs are the only team without a franchise quarterback. They'll almost certainly remedy that with the first overall pick of the 2015 NFL draft, but there's no guarantee that rookie will play particularly well in his first year. Add to that that the Bucs once again have to fix their offensive line. In what seems to be a ritual occurrence, they will sign some new players -- and new players can disappoint -- as old ones can, too.
