Bucs safety Andrew Adams, 26, now becomes an unrestricted free agent, joining long list from 2018 Bucs.
Bucs are not tendering restricted free agent tackle Leonard Wester. Was top backup at both tackle spots last year. Becomes an unrestricted free agent, though Bucs can try to bring him back for less than $2 million tender for 2019.
