Nowadays unless you have a qb named Peyton or Tom, you need to have qb that can make plays with their legs. Don't necessarily need a track star but someone who is able to get that first down if need be. What we don't need is someone that requires time and space to make sufficient throws.

reaching for another crappy QB isnt the answer to me. grab a few more DE's. revamp the OL and offense in general. find new coordinators and coaches. and then if glennon doesnt show substantial improvement in year 2 go all out in '15.having 2 (relatively) inexperienced QB's in camp next season wont help us at all.
Glennon's high point was the ATL game, been downhill ever since. I think he makes a few plays a game to give you signs of hope and promise but not enough to make you think he can win without a stellar surronding cast.

But injuries do happen, and there would still be trade value for either qb.As bad as the bucs have had it with qb's historically, I'm joking only a little when I say they should draft a couple of them.It may not be the "perfect" plan, but chances are, we're not going to playoffs any time soon, and finding a legit franchise qb right now should be priority number one.We have a good enough surrounding cast imo, that we can take that chance. If we don't find one and waste the pick, so what? Chances are we would suck or be average if we didn't find a qb anyway.

no one is beating down the doors for mallet. no one is beating down the doors for a redskins QB. im sure it has happened, but i cant remember the last time drafting 2 QB's worked out well.finding a coaching staff is my priority #1. our cast was made to win now, not in a couple years. joseph/nicks/penn/jackson are all going downhill. dougie is replaceable. get rid of them all and start over again, as bad as it is to say. but start over with a coach who has had success...whisenhunt, kubiak, whomever. and replace dominik for whomever as well.i do agree finding a legit franchise QB is very high on the list, so i certainly wouldnt be upset if we attempt to find one in `14. i just dont think we can properly coach/develop 2 young guys. give glennon one more year in a legitimate NFL system...if he sinks then go all out in 2015 for a QB.
Glennon hasn't earned the starting job next year. We need to bring in someone to compete with him. If he beats the other guy out, he can start, but we can't go into next season with him being the definite starter.You do also have to wonder how much the coaching staff is holding Glennon back.
