it goes both ways though.  If jerry is going to screw with his staff should they want to take a higher ranking position with another team, this will effect his ability to hire staff.  signing a d-line coach to only a 2 year contract and then screwing with him when he wants to be the DC of another team is not the way to do business.  certainly not the way to attract other coaches to your team.
