Tampa has the benefit of being the best offensive setup to move into, with few exceptions in the league. Whomever we want, we will get, if they are available. I can’t think of another franchise where in back to back years, first year NFL OCs, were so successful that they found HEAD FUCKING COACHING jobs in one year’s time. Our offense is the absolute truth.
And the Bucs have most of their draft picks and more cap room to work with this year if need be. They are not done adding to the offense and I think they should continue to stack talent on offense.
The new OC is going to be walking into one of the best situations in the NFL on offense.

Totally agree and I don't like him either. Starting to see the carousel of Coaches is shrinking out there when it comes to loyalty and integrity. We need one coach that will honor the fans honoring him and the ownership paying for the loyalty, honor and integrity.

Peetz, Grizzard & Scheelhaase all look interesting - Chip Kelly, not so much - I think he’s the same age as Bowles.
As many OC candidates as we have interviewed over the last 4 years, we should have known as the request came in to interview Coen…who our selection was/is. If Coen poaches Carberry, and Peetz, add 2 to 3 more losses in 2025… ‘cuz we’ll be adjusting at too many critical staff positions.
