oen had no intention of ever leaning on this run game,
JC, former GM and mind reader
and have to love when you highlight your own flaw
before you start bitching about the score,
Just destroying the flaw in the argument that Bucs "had to throw". In the first qtr he was 9 passes, 2 runs and we scored 0 points. That was his game plan vs a garbage run defense.
Oy vey . . . 🤣
No surprise the dumbass who wants Bowles fired also wants Chip Kelly. Clueless.
Bucs shutting down Coen is not just getting revenge. It's even more indication that the coaching staff will be staying on regardless of who's hired. Whatever OC comes in they will be expected to take on mostly the same coaching staff. How can you keep the same system if you don't keep the coaches who know the system and how to teach it?
So rather than a new OC coming in and picking staff that will follow his lead, he has to fit in with the staff that's already here on the ground who he didn't choose and still be the leader. That makes for a different dynamic. It's going to take a strong personality to be able to rise to take charge in that situation. I don't know if Grizzard is the guy for that. Even though he's already here he' didn't hire these guys either. I'm thinking Scheelhaase may have the experience who can come in, be a leader and also have the familiarity to adapt to the system and coaches already in place. That's my prediction for who gets the job.
Grizzard step right up.
Give the man more tools to succeed on offense. Upgrade LG, and upgrade the depth and the Bucs offense is ready to go.
Happy with the grizzard hire for continuity purposes.
baker finally running the same or at the very least very similar offense for practically the first time in his career lol

Well my first choice was Sean Tucker for OC so he can give himself 40 carries a game.
Josh G it is
Congrats Josh Grizzard lets hope he cna stick around for 2 years lol
I'm not overly thrilled to be wrong. I do trust in the process that Licht and company go through and I know nothing about Grizzard. But I'm not overly thrilled with the choice I'm sure there'll be a thread about it.Bucs shutting down Coen is not just getting revenge. Improving the defense would do that, if you just got the offense so be near their 2024 production.Need to find an OC who can really take Baker and Mike Evans to the next level if they don't want to keep on being one and done in the playoffs.
Chip Kelly to raiders as OC.
