I think it's a great hire... I don't know how I feel about our hire other than continuity but I really feel like Chip is gonna do well for the raiders with their limited talent on offense.

until the raiders get a somewhat solution at QB, can’t see them winning more than 4-6 games.

Will wait to predict until after the draft but I'll likely take the over on wins which will probably be 6.5.
