Its possible these guys arent actually serious contenders and they have someone or quite a few more people in mind.. but if these guys are legitamate options it tells me they already know Brady isnt coming back.

I think they would get the best OC they can with or without Brady, but yeah I don't see Brady coming back to work for one of those guys.  Work with them, sure.  But calling the plays for him?  No.

Not saying this would be a good thing but they kept Goodwin so maybe he is the Brady OC option

He let Leftwich call plays for him. Leftwich only had one full year as an OC before Brady arrived in Tampa.

The guy that was designing all of the brilliant run plays? Good call.

That's one more than some of the guys being interviewed.  Plus he was "OC" since 2019.

he was OC for very successful AZ offense, but pay close attention to the bold, Rand  :-)

You think Harold Goodwin was calling the plays in Arizona? Of course, you do. Go scour the internet and see if you can figure out who called the plays in Arizona.

Completely clueless.

Buggy first cry for help:  "designed the run plays"

Buggsy second cry for help:  "didn't call the plays"

Here, this might help:

Learning what it means to be a man

"I’m not the only kid who experienced teasing for not living up to masculine norms. At least I don’t think I am. It’s hard to know since men are less likely to express their distressing thoughts and memories than women. But why? What is it about men that keep them from opening up? Are we supposed to be less emotional?"

FWIW

"Mike Garafolo of NFL Network, during Bowles’ interviews with offensive coordinator candidates, the interviewees are asked how they would build and craft an offense with Brady at quarterback."

Interesting.

I will say out of the 3 candidates we interviewed, Klint Kubiak would be my first choice then Jim Bob Cooter. The Shanahan style offense is just QB-friendly in many ways and the run scheme is pretty simplistic as well. White would tear it up in a ZBS style with his patience and cutback type ability.

Do we have an O-line suited to zone?

Per Mike Garafolo of NFL Network, the Bucs plan to interview Shea Tierney for the opening at offensive coordinator. He’s the Giants’ quarterbacks coach.

Pep Hamilton said thanks but no thanks to the bucs
