But unless we are running a ton of Dime packages one of our potential starters will start the season on the pine.Grimes - The biggest splash in the Bucs 2016 FA class will be starting....right? Coming off 4 PB's and still playing at top level...even if it's only for 2-3 more years. 100% chance of starting.Verner - keeping a guy at 6.5 Mil, hiring his former boss, has a pro bowl under his belt pre-Lovie. Does he get to start outside opposite Grimes? Banks - Ascending player who held his own against big boys in college and pros. Thorpe winner, and the only CB with size in a division of monster WR. Most likely the most effected by poor coaching the last 2 years. He is my get to win the other outside corner spot.VH3 - if your #1 pick isn't starting, you either are the patriots, or you screwed up. We aren't drafting for depth so the rookie has to start. Not everyone considers it a starter, but VH3 will be your Nickel CB this year.So who wins the job playing opposite of Grimes? Our two original starters last year now thrown in the pit together to battle each other all camp long. I think Banks is the underdog here. But I like underdogs....I also like corners that can at least reach the coffee mugs in the top cabinet.Routing for Banks, but guessing it will be Verner.
