I've yet to see any reputable reports on him finding a new gig yet, but with BA's propensity to give second chances it would be interesting to go out on a limb for DeGuglielmo despite already having Goodwin and Gilbert in the building.
The Colt's OL was one of the worst units in the NFL surrendering 56 sacks in 2017 . In 2018 under the tutelage of DeGuglielmo, the Colt's OL surrendered a league low 18 sacks. They were middle of the road in pressures allowed and QB hits.
There are rumblings about the way he treated some players negatively and that he was more bark than he was a master at teaching technique. That said, OL Quenton Nelson has gone on record in his defense. Teamed up with BA, Goodwin and Gilbert he might be able to lighten up on the extracurricular treatment and focus on lighting a fire to under performing guys like Donovan Smith if we make the move to franchise him.
If they intend to actually build this thing around Jameis the OL needs to be the most improved unit. Getting the guy who was at the helm of the most glaring turn around of that unit for the Colts in one year would be huge.
