Bucs need to extend Grimes contract. At 34 years of age he shows no signs of slowing down, he is playing his position at an all pro level and shows no signs of slowing down. He is a physical freak of nature with his athletic ability and I would assume he has another couple years of great football in him.
I recall him speaking of retirement last year, Licht needs to convince him to keep playing, the Bucs need him.
