Install the free version of CCleaner on your pc and run it and see if you are still getting that message when using your Chrome browser. You might want to lay low for a while and not draw attention to the fact that their intent was to permanently ban you.......maybe change your moniker to The ChronicLukeWarmAir or something to throw them off your tracks.
