If they screw it up, they get it, and then get rid of it. The Glazers hired Lovie, then fired him. Did the same with Gruden. Licht brought in his FA class of 2014, then most were axed by 2015, and he was far more prudent with his 2015 class... And Licht now appears to be the guy hiring our next HC, as it should be... Maybe there is hope yet for the Bucs to become a REAL NFL organization...
