One of the reasons we are so bad in the red zone: No power running back!!!

IMHO, I have been overlooking an obvious flaw in the offense, especially in the redzone, which has been particularly abysmal. A Lorenzo Neal, Mike Alstott power back for short yardage. Next year, this might be addressed via the draft or FA and spell the doom for Doug Martin? Thoughts?
