One thing I can say with certainty.....

If Dirk is asked by the bucs to be their head coach......and turns it down.....it will show me that he has less confidence in Winston than I thought he did.conversely....if he accepts......he's the real deal and has an amazing amount of faith in the kid.that's what it will come down to...  not salary or a bigger market or wanting to get back to the west coast or anything else.  this is a great gig for a first time coach....and if he can pull it off here...he can write his own ticket in years to come.
