Only way for offense to succeed....

Lovie needs to go 100% hands off with the offense. Whether he drafts Mariota or Winston, bring in their college OC and let them have complete control over the offense. Allow them to be innovative and use what made their QB the number 1 pick in the draft. Year in and year out, Lovie has had bad offenses and the excuse people use is he's a defensive coach. I don't buy that. He lets his overall philosophy infuse into the entire team and it makes his offenses suck. Give a young, smart, innovative OC complete control and the offense will ball.
