WOW. This is a surprising move by the Ravens. I was sure that the Ravens would tag Monroe and let Oher walk. Now it appears that Branden Albert has some free Agent competition at the OT position. If the Bucs can land Monroe, Albert or Saffold in Free Agency then I'd be a happy camper.
