seriously......why DID the glazers hire this guy?he's obviously no defensive guru.....and if he was......his time has long since passed...much like Brian Urlacher. even our talented vets are shutting down and not playing their game.I know he's a good man....and a man of God....but that's about it. it's very sad to see him march out there to the podium and deliver his weekly speeches. I think the Bucs need to make a statement and let him and jase go......and just roll with some interim people until the end of the season. they certainly can do no worse.it was nice to see you return lovie.....and I'm sorry to say it will now be nice to see you go.....I have officially lost faith in you and your coaching. this is a results driven league my friend...
