It's ridiculous, Bucs D just can't close out games, they just love to keep it close and make the offense win it.

Notice how we aren't stubbornly sticking with the run and the offense is working?
Notice how Baker is being more decisive, going through his progressions, playing more consistent and the offense is working?
Sorta. He also has taken 4 sacks being indecisive.
The offense is better when we pass more. It just is...
And Canales is finding a really nice flow to the passing game with the screens.
Baker has been much more decisive tho and I agree that is what is needed to make Canales play calling work.

But, he has been more decisive.
Canales made a big 2nd half adjustment with the amount of passes vs runs on 2nd down.
All of it contributing to the best offensive output we've seen so far this season.
Finally caught up to live on the DVR. The defense really needs to play tighter. At least Baker is actually having one of the best games of his career, yet, he's still cost us a TD and has made some mistakes to kill a couple drives. But if he keeps this up, we should be able to at least outscore them. It is amazing, though, how good this offense is when you actually throw to the open guys in the middle of the field and force teams to stretch.
