Panther Comparison Cont'd - Licht

Per the other thread, there are some obvious potential parallels to draw between the Panthers - who draft their franchise QB and then used a few drafts to build that defensive core - and the Bucs who drafted Winston and almost all offense under Licht so far (with the exception of Kwon, who was needed because Dom passed on Kuechly). So, with the understanding that many hate Lovie, leave him out for a second and tell us whether you think Licht has it in him to draft a Norman, Kuechley, Star etc over the next few years (ie to draft a championship defense)?
