Richardson
Hopefully they miss on their selection
Bears not coming away from this trade with Brian Burns and/or Derrick Brown is a major L.

According to Over the Cap, the #Panthers have over $156M in cap space and no dead money in 2024.
I think I am fine with this. Hopefully they pick a bust. Even if they don't, all those high end pieces on D will hopefully be pricing themselves outta town by the time they get this QB some weapons and a legit OL.
Bears fleeced them.
Richardson first overall would be lolz 10000000×

You know the Bears play outside in Chicago, right? Since the merger the Bears have never had a 10+ win season when they weren't top 10 in points allowed. Last year they were 32nd.
Bears are gonna have to build the defense the old fashion way they sign some key FA

The Panthers weren’t trading Burns or Brown, but were willing to give up Moore and his contract. This isn’t difficult to figure out.
Most people agree Chicago did pretty well in the trade, although I have no doubt you would have negotiated more as Chicago’s GM.

It was March 10th. Draft is still a month and a half away. If they aren't willing to give up Burns or Brown then you say no.
