Willis is set to turn 30, making 10 million a year and the 49ers just signed Bowman to a long term deal. With the emergence of Chris Borland (He has been like the Tasmanian devil out there), and the fact that the Niners have to resign a list of players including: Aldon Smith, Mike Iupati, Frank Gore, Chris Culliver, Perrish Cox, and moreWould trading or releasing Willis make sense?If a trade what would you be willing to give up? For age sake Ray Lewis played until he was 37 and Brian Urlacher til he was 34. So split the difference and we say that he plays til he's 35. Obviously if he was released we should be all over it.
