Listen I am tired of the turnover here. Think Koetter and Licht should get 3-4 years. That said, Koetter has got to be himself. Show some confidence in Jameis and this offense. I know we are missing a lot on offense. But we can lose being conservative as easily as we can lose while being aggressive.
