Stats are all from here: http://www.nflpenalties.com/team/tampa-bay-buccaneers?year=2015&view=games 48 total penalties: 28 offensive, 18 defensive, 2 ST.Offensive Holding and False start account for 17 of the 48 penalties.Biggest offenders:J. Smith: 5G. Cherilus: 4ASJ: 3Mankins: 3Marpet: 3Hawley: 3Winston: 3Not on Roster: 4By position:Offensive Line: 13Defensive Backs: 8Defensive Line: 8Wide Receiver: 4Quarterback: 3Tight End: 3Linebackers: 1Defense had 5 in last two games, Offense had 9 and ST 1. We are currently the 2nd most penalized team in the league with 48, Minnesota is the least with 27. Average is 35.Pretty clear that the offense has to do a better job with avoiding penalties. We are averaging almost 10 penalties per game and league average is 7. We've given up about 80 yards in penalties more than the average team over the first 5 games.Just a FYI.
