I'll be honest guys I haven't watched enough of Bortles to give an opinion at this time. I've only watched one or two of his games. I'll be watching more of him this week and if I like what I see he'll be bumped up into the top 32 on the next big board. I'd rather not talk about a prospect that I haven't researched extensively. In the one or two games you saw, he didn't show better than at the very least Derek Carr who you have 26th on your board?I have a hard time believing that. Unless all you watched was South Carolina, he is clearly a top 10 player in this draft at the very least.
God forbid someone think that someone who isn't that good of a QB isn't that good of a QB.

I think Bortles shares a lot of characteristics with Luck and Rapistberger. Not saying he will be as good as either of those guys...but he has that type of potential imo. He's still a bit rough around the edges and he might never develop into the guy I think he can be...but he had two back to back solid seasons and he has shown the potential to be special. Plus he has been clutch as can be. Put it all together with his size and mobility....and you have a guy worth taking in the top 10 imo.

I love these 'scouting reports'.How do you have NFL level skill set and yet did not flash the high end ability as an NFL passer. That is retarded. Bortles has flashed a very clutch ability to make plays when you need them and win football games. Dude need to do your homework before you post a top whatever list.

All 5 of those QBs are better than E.J. Manuel who went 16th overall..

Lot's are on the Reach Wagon around here. Don't try and tell them these QB's aren't that good , lol.
I like Manziel and Bortles in the 1st, Garoppolo and Mettenberger in the 2nd/3rd, Fales in the 4th or 5th, and Jeff Matthews in the 6th or 7th. I'd probably take Bridgewater if he was there at #7, but I'm just not as sold on him as most. Carr sucks. McCarron sucks. Murray sucks. Boyd sucks.
