I love these 'scouting reports'.How do you have NFL level skill set and yet did not flash the high end ability as an NFL passer. That is retarded. Bortles has flashed a very clutch ability to make plays when you need them and win football games. Dude need to do your homework before you post a top whatever list.

Some of you might want to do a little research on the difference between a fact and an opinion. At this point thoughts on every draftable player is an opinion. Its OK if someone sees things differently than you, they have that right.
