Phillip Dorsett in the 3rd?

With the new QB coming in does it make sense to P/U a speedy WR in the 3rd or even in the 2nd RD? I know we need OL help but, I think we need to add another top flight receiver. I like Dorsett out of Miami to stretch the field. The new QB will need all of the help he can get and if we can add another weapon I think teams won't be so anxious to rush the QB.
