With 2 weeks left, here's the deal - Go Bucs, Go Packers, and Go Ravens/49ers
We can get the #1 seed if we win out (Jets, Carolina), and the Packers lose out (Minnesota, @Detroit)
it's very likely we win out, and as a matter of fact, it would be a huge failure if we lost any of our remaining games. in all likelihood, however, Green Bay will not lose out and if anything we want them to WIN out to secure the #2 seed.
Dallas has remaining games home against Arizona and @Philadelphia; if Dallas wins out and Green Bay loses 1 of their 2 remaining; we would be the #3 seed instead of the #2 seed with Dallas taking #1
We also need the Rams to drop one of their remaining 2 games - @ Baltimore and versus 49ers which i think is a feasible hope even though they are likely to be favored in both games.
if everyone ends up at 13-4, Dallas is 1 and we are 4. If everyone wins out, Green Bay is 1 and we are 4.
so the key rooting interest is as follows, following Bucs victories of course:
1 - Go Ravens or 49ers over the Rams
2 - Go Packers over the Vikings and Lions
getting the #2 seed is pivotal to us having 2 home games in the playoffs.
