QB: Josh McCown - He is way too easily rattled taking snaps undercenter. I understand what Arroyo was trying to do with short, quick pass pays called but the dilemma is that a lot of the Bucs are dropping these easy short passes.RB: Rainey is the most productive out of multiple formations but he is fumbling way too much. James has been pedestrian even with a lead blocker and Martin is a question mark. I do not know what Arroyo can do given you are in a lose lose situation. But you have to hope that Rainey holds onto the football. Martin needs to pull it together fast. WR: Herron is dropping way too many balls to be a reliable slot guy on slants and crossing routes. Need to give someone else a shot.TE: When the Bucs line up in 2 TE formations why is Stocker on the field? Put ASJ on the field with Myers and the offense may look decent for a change? If you ask me the double TE formation should be the staple of this offense moving forward.OL: EDS has been bad but the rest of the OL haven't been a trainwreck. Still, the lack of consistency to dominant the line of scrimmage in pass pro or run blocking is apparent.DL: Somebody has to step up on the DL because this is just painful to watch. People that are calling for stunts must realize that may make things potentially worse. Bowers is strictly a situational interior guy because he doesn't have the chops to be an edge rusher. Gholston will improve given enough time. LB: Need to use the LB's to run a lot of double A gap because the Bucs don't have the personnel to run safety or nickel blitzes. Lansanah probably should be a starter at SAM and Fletcher needs to see the field more in nickel and dime situations to turn around this defense.DB: Bucs don't have the personnel to run cover 3, cover 2, m2m, zone blites, etc. Even assuming the front four can generate pressure only Verner and Johnson are considered ball hawks in the secondary. The lack of DB's that can tip balls, play tight coverage, and play tighter zones is apparent. Frazier: Needs to be more aggressive with blitzes in the red zone. Shortened field means zone defenses should have the advantage there.Arroyo: Need to use a lot more gadget plays to jump start the offense because the offense has become too predictable like Buc ball 1.0.
