I feel bad for Baker Mayfield. He's out there playing his heart out and this coaching staff is killing him and the team.
1st drive we are running the ball great and we try a QB sneak on 1st down?
Last drive we run 5 wide inside the 10 yard line twice and then on 3rd down we do 4 wide with White blocking when we were having our best rushing game of the year and moving the Colts back. Non sense play calling.
Devin White is trash and I wish we traded him before the season started. Hes a disgrace.

the team has lost their mojo, they dont know how to respond to adversity, noone is keeping them accountable, eveyrone is just happy to have a job, because where is the urgency and accountability. Like spoon feed these players on 3rd down and tell them eveyr little fucking thing because they aren't thinking and are going through the motions.
tell them hey watch the mesh watch the screen watch the cushion, like do they watch film?? do they understand down and distance?
