Potential Steal at QB?

Cole McDonald, the QB for the University of Hawaii has some potential upside and could possibly fit into Tampa’s scheme. 6’4, 220 pounds, he passed for a combined 8,000 yards in the past two years and finished his 2019 season with 4,135 passing yards, 33 passing TD, 14 INT, 383 rushing yards and 7 rushing TDs. He was also splitting snaps with another QB and wasn’t designated the full time starter. The quality of opponents he’s had is weak compared to big conferences, but would he be an interesting prospect to pick up if he’s available in the 3rd or 4th round? If we do give Winston another year and let him be the backup and learn the system for a year, it could possibly turn out to be a pretty good fit.
