Potential trade partners for Winston

Unfortunately Winstons time is up. I wish him the best of luck in his career but it doesnt look like its going to be in Tampa Bay.
So, who do you think would be willing to make a trade for him?

I was thinking the Patriots could possibly be a good fit. Have him sit behind and learn from Tom Brady for a couple years and take over when Brady retires.

Or how bout this? Trade Winston straight up for Le'veon Bell. Just like the Brady situation he can be a back up for Roethlisberger until he retires. We get to move on from Winston and we get a really good running back.
