Happy Halloween, Bucs fans! The Bucs don't play until Monday, which means you can get in all of the Halloween activities and watch all the college and NFL games you want before the Bucs are watched nationally by everyone.
There's a lot of hype that is starting to surround the Bucs for both their play on the field and the big news about signing Antonio Brown. Will that distract them? I don't believe so. This team is having too much fun winning. You see it on the field with their performances, and the Bucs aren't just winning by narrow margins, they are demolishing their opponents. Look at what they've done to the Packers and Raiders over the last two weeks!
I expect the same when they match-up against the Giants. Defensively, the Bucs will shut down the Giants offense like essentially every other team has done that's played the G-men this season. For Tampa Bay's offense, it's unfortunate to not have Chris Godwin out there, but they'll get by. The production that Leonard Fournette brought last week in his return is just a sign of things to come, and I see Brady looking his way in the passing game a number of times. Will we get a Mike Evans sighting? It seems each week that people on the outside looking in get worried about a player having issues in the offense. Early in the season when Fournette was thriving, people worried about Ronald Jones. Then everyone turned their attention to Rob Gronkowski, and look what he's done over the last three games? It's the same with Evans. He'll get his opportunity to have big games, so don't worry about him. At the end of the day, the Bucs are winning, so be happy about that.
