If Brady is no longer with the Bucs next season, I say throw Trask to the wolves and see what he has. If Trask is no good, than draft a QB in the 2024 draft.@bucharbour - question. Going off your point that we haven’t seen enough of Trask, are you then okay with saying we go into 2023 with Trask as our starter? That’s a huge risk. I’m all for Trask getting to battle it out with a FA veteran or a high draft pick. But I’m not Gator enough to feel comfortable that he’s the answer.
Nobody is coming here to coach this offense with Kyle Trask as QB. We are fooked.

Guys… even the national media has said our coaching was not up to par this season. And it was most evident Monday Night for the world to see. While watching the weekend playoff games I kept commenting how imaginative all the offenses looked. Nothing tricky, just smart offense. Knowing when to take shots. Not force-feeding anything because we think we need to. Reacting to what defenses were trying to do or takeaway. We did not do that consistently all year. There’s no defense for our lack of coaching this unit up.

Legit question:What good OC is going to want to hitch his wagon to Bowles to start a rebuild. I’m guessing we wind up with something underwhelming like Notre Dame’s Tom Rees.
Go snatch some young up and coming QB coach from a team , like niners , Eagles , lions etc

The real issue with this team is the o-line. Jensen out all year, Smith is pathetic at LT. The loss of Marpet and Cappa were underestimated IMO. Last year Brady had time to set up and give the WR's time to run routes....not this year. Sure, Brady is 45 going on 46, but the dude still has game in my opinion...maybe not the Brady of years past, but he still has game.
Whatever he's got, he won't be here next year. We need a mobile QB and Trask isn't it. I'm glad LeftBITCH is gone. IMO, Bowles and Licht need to go as well. Bowles had a Super Bowl contending team and ran it into the ground. Licht had the opportunity to grab some valuable depth as vets from the Super Bowl team departed and failed miserably.
My real problem with Licht is that he doesn’t seem to draft linemen until he needs them to start as rookies. You should be drafting oline and dline every year.
