My real problem with Licht is that he doesn’t seem to draft linemen until he needs them to start as rookies. You should be drafting oline and dline every year.

This. All. Day. This.

The real issue with this team is the o-line.  Jensen out all year, Smith is pathetic at LT.  The loss of Marpet and Cappa were underestimated IMO.  Last year Brady had time to set up and give the WR's time to run routes....not this year.  Sure, Brady is 45 going on 46, but the dude still has game in my opinion...maybe not the Brady of years past, but he still has game.

Stop with Jensen bullshit. Him and Hainsey were a complete equal wash. The only difference is Jensen's stupid penalties which we saw immediately Monday night. Yup Donovan Smith sucked this year, but where were the chips with TEs and backs? Leftwich just let Parsons tee off the entire night without giving Smith help. Marpet was a huge loss and Goedeke sucks but Leverett played well at the end of the year. He was sorely missed Monday. Mason is better than Cappa and Wirfs is still Wirfs.

The offensive issues were all on the coaching staff. The personnel usage and formations were F-. Bucs were routinely, ROUTINELY, confused coming out of the huddle in crucial situations. That's why they were historically bad on 3rd downs. This team should have been in 10 personnel damn near every snap with Evans, Godwin, Jones and Miller. Instead we were getting full doses of Cade Otton and Ko Kieft.

I don’t think he is getting fired

lolz

After the 2021 season:  “Lefty will be a HC next year” and then “Lefty is the HC of the Jags”

After the 2022 season: “I don’t think he is getting fired”

The aptly-named clown, ladies and gentlemen. A true jester/village idiot for us all to be entertained by. Well done, sir.

I’m hoping Brady isn’t back , he was just average this year , get a younger guy with a arm and the ability to extend plays , and run if need be

I’m sick of Brady’s dirt balls  , he throws a play away every drive beit a dirt ball , or one short or high or low

Oh really? That’s surprising to everyone here.

The bad news for you is the odds improved with Leftwich getting canned.

Ronde Barber on QB situation

It seems Barber thinks the Bucs might want to invest in drafting another quarterback with different attributes than the one they picked in 2021, Kyle Trask.

“You drafted Kyle Trask a couple years ago, had a pretty decent preseason. I did those games. I watched him improve, really look like a capable starter in the NFL, but I would not be surprised if they do look to the draft,” Barber said. “There are some guys that are available that offer a little more dynamism than a 45-year-old, you know, somewhat immobile quarterback that Tom Brady was the past three years. I think the league’s evolving a little bit to that level … where mobility is an asset … So it’ll be interesting to see if that’s the direction that they go if Tom is no longer here.”
