What becomes apparent in these preseason games is which coaching staff is able to get their players mentally ready and motivated to play.

Bucs starting right side played into the third quarter and has had trouble against Steeler third stringers. Not good.

Mauch shows he is scrappy so he might show improvement by the second pre season game. Goedeke is struggling with inside moves whether at guard or tackle. Goedeke doesn't use his length to his advantage at all and no way he should be "starting".
