President of Football Operations

Just watched all the Tony Dungy fanfair on the Bucs app. What a class act, and a guy who clearly knows good coaching and player talent when he sees it. There was a bunch of chatter last year about bringing in a president a la the jags and Tom Coughlin. I realize this year is not the best with it being such a big prove it year for many people, but I love the idea of the Bucs bringing Tony back on board to provide leadership for this organization in the future. Thoughts???
