Free agent WR Preston Parker was arrested for felony cocaine possession, the display of a weapon during the commission of a felony, and destruction of evidence in Palm Beach County, Fla.Parker broke camp with the Giants last season but was terrible in September, dropping five passes across the first two games of the season. He was released before Week 3 and spent the rest of the season on the street.Source: Palm Beach Post Apr 1 - 10:38 AMJayson Braddock of SportsTalk 790 reports that the Chiefs hosted free agent DE Da’Quan Bowers for a visit on Friday.This is the first reported interest in Bowers since the free agent market officially opened over four weeks ago.Bowers, 26, has been a major disappointment ever since the Buccaneers used a second-round pick on him back in 2010. He has missed time due to injury and was suspended two games for violating the league’s policy on performance-enhancing substances.Tampa Bay elected to bring him back one-year deal this past July of last year, but he was unfortunately among their final roster cuts at the start of the season. Bowers did, however, return to the Buccaneers towards the end of the season.He’s currently testing the open market as an unrestricted free agent.In 2015, Bowers appeared in three games and recorded three tackles and no sacks for the Buccaneers.Bobby Rainey - RB - Free AgentFree agent RB Bobby Rainey visited the Dolphins.They signed Isaiah Pead instead. Rainey was active for all 16 games last season, but got the ball only eight times on offense after handling it 127 times in 2014.
