Pete Prisco Senior NFL ColumnistCBS SportsNFL Power Rankings: Free agency shakes up order, just not at the topApril 14, 2015 Who's on the move? Prisco: With free agency over, where do the movers (ahem, Indy) land? The Pats and Seahawks still go 1-2, and even with Winston on the way, Tampa's No. 32Now that free agency has come and gone, and the draft is less than a month away, it's time for another batch of Power Rankings. With a lot of change in coaching staffs, player movement and even surprise retirements the past couple of months, this is a good time to re-position clubs. There were even some big-name players traded -- like LeSean McCoy and Jimmy Graham -- which is rare in the NFL. Those moves impact these rankings, which were compiled with an eye to 2015. That means no more looking back to the 2014 season, which I did in my last set of rankings. Even after all that, the New England Patriots remain No. 1. The Super Bowl champs suffered free-agency hits, losing starting corners Darrelle Revis and Brandon Browner, but they still have Tom Brady, Bill Belichick and a talented roster. That's enough for me. Super Bowl runner-up Seattle remains No. 2, with an offense that'll be helped by adding tight end Graham from the Saints. We know the defense will be good, maybe historically good. Las Vegas lowered the odds on the Indianapolis Colts winning the Super Bowl after their free-agency moves, including bringing in receiver Andre Johnson and running back Frank Gore. I don't buy it just yet. They are a good team, but not in the top five. We'll revamp these after the draft, and again before camp opens. Until then, I hope this set satisfies your need to express dissatisfaction
