He played a really good game imo. He made a lot of great reads and great throws. He eluded the rush to make some plays late. His 3 interceptions you can at least say were not him making bad decisions, but more break downs in protections or in Evan's case stopping on a route. If anything, I think this loss was Tood Monken falling back down to earth a little more than Fitzpatrick.
All that said, I bet we see Jameis Winston on Sunday in Chicago. Everyone wants to say Jameis is coming in cold, but he's been preparing for this game for 2 months now. Pocket presence, arm strength, ability to avoid the rush. Winston makes these things look easy, and for all Fitz's heart and smarts, he just can't physically do the things Winston can do. Winston gives us the best chance to win, but I love me some Fitzmagic.
