I think making a projection this early is pointless but here it is:(Taken from the PR Season Awards article) https://www.pewterreport.com/index.php?option=com_k2&view=item&id=9569:&Itemid=15 EARLY PROJECTION FOR 2014Tampa Bay will have a 7-9 recordNew head coach Lovie Smith inherits a talented Tampa Bay team that was banged up in 2013 with a league-high 16 players ending their seasons on injured reserve. The defensive side of the ball is more talented than the offense, and there are two huge question marks with the offensive line and at the quarterback position entering the 2014 season. The O-line underperformed last year and while Glennon was solid during his rookie season, the team has some questions about his lack of escapability against the blitz and his ability as a playmaker. Smith may seek upgrades along the line as well as finding a challenger for Glennon at the quarterback spot this year. The fact that the team will be adjusting to new offensive and defensive schemes and will have a lot of players still rehabbing from season-ending injuries means that progressed in 2014 may be slowed. Include the fact that the Bucs will still be figuring out its quarterback situation for the foreseeable future, and plays in the rugged NFC South division and a three-win improvement and a 7-9 record may be seen as a successful season in Tampa Bay.
I say 5-11
19-0
Too early to make predictions, hell, we still have the draft and free agency. But 7-9 seems a bit pessimistic in my opinion.
too early

Agree 100%.

Agree. Is it unfair to expect Lovie to turn it around that quickly? Our line does look like crap right now. 3-4 guys there and another 3-4 starters at other positions and it starts to look like other playoff contender's rosters. Oh yeah and one of those other starters might well be quarterback and we can probably only free up around 35 mil for you. We could probably stand to significantly upgrade the bottom 15 spots on our roster as well if it's not too much trouble. Still. I like expect 8-8.
can we see who our QB is first??
As of right now we are at a disadvantage at QB in 6 of our division games. That usually doesn't end well. You figure we pull 5 losses in 6 and that leaves 10 games where to get to 7-9 we have to win 6-4. That might be about right.
can we see who our QB is first??
That might help.

Maybe for amateurs
Too early of a prediction. Not only do you not know how this team will look or play but no one knows how our opponents will look.
Too early is right. Ask after free agency and the draft happen.
9-7 without knowing how FA and draft shapes out. JMHO
