I got the information from the recent Pewter Report article on the the only 2 Bucs on this year's rankings.

You’re talking about a Top-100 list. Should’ve clarified that.

I was talking about his actual ranking and grades…which again…had him in the  top-half of the league.

And this one please, sir. You called Byron-- Lovie Leftwich.

Gladly, my friend.

Lovie was easily the worst HC in modern Bucs history. Absolute failure in every way possible. Lefty’s performance this year puts him in the same category of stink.

Why didn't you see it.

If anything, I saw a guy who was going through some stuff off-the-field. I saw a guy who was fed up with an inept and poorly run coaching staff (as backed up by numerous reports stating coaches and players showing up late to meetings, practices, etc.)

You and Phillydipshit ranted on and on about him being “washed”. Particularly from a physical standpoint. You two did it all year (not so much you).

Film, advanced metrics, analytics, etc. showed that wasn’t the case.

For the majority of the year, he was still grading at above-average to elite in BTT’s, TO-worthy plays, tight-window throws, etc.

Was his play down from the prior year? Sure.

Was it because “Father Time” is undefeated? Nope.

It was because we had the worst OC in the league by a country mile. An offense so vanilla and predictable (in personnel, scheme, playcall sequencing, etc.) that there are multiple videos from multiple games (GB and Balt…I think) of defenses calling out the plays in order, boasting they knew what was coming, yelling they’ve seen this before, etc.

Myself, as well as other posters, would call out Brady’s bad play when it was warranted.

You and the slow adult Eagles fan would never criticize Byron. No matter what. It was always one excuse after another.

Funny thing, is that if Brady didn’t retire, and hit FA…there would be teams courting him hard.

Lefty hits “FA” and nobody will touch him with a 10-foot pole.

Hmm…I wonder why.

@donkey_hunter You should be in politics with this fluffy bullshit. Worst anything is nothing more than your personal opinion. # 9 till out is a drastic drop, but it's all because of the playcaller. I follow BA's line of thinking. The Lost of Marphet and Jenson hampered this offense way more than playcalling. Football games are won and lost in the trenches. Examples: KC against us in the SB. SB winners the previous year with genius play callers but got their asses kicked. Rams this year--SB winner the previousyear with genius play caller--got their asses kicked. BIG UGLIES MATTER. But like I've told you so many times before, your small brain is incapable of processing concepts.

Brady's greatest skill set has always been precision passing. But pressure up the middle is krytonite to his game. But your head was so far up his ass, you couldn't see that.

The Lost of Marphet and Jenson

This line alone sums up your intellect, kiddo.

And, since you’re still on the “Blame Everyone but Byron” trip, let’s talk about the line.

You keep referencing pressure up the middle. You like PFF. Go back and look at the pass pro grades. Especially after they benched Luke. Hell, I posted a whole thread about it, comparing them to last year. Completely shoots your argument to shit.

If anything, D Smith was exposed for the weak LT he’s always been.

Remember when Parsons was beating him like a rag doll?

Remember when Lefty stood their like a clueless dipshit and didn’t call for RB chips, TE chips, max protect, etc.?

Nope. Just kept trying to shove that square peg into the round hole.

And, again, tell us more how it’s Brady’s fault that defensive coordinators, defensive players, people in the stands, Stevie Wonder, beer vendors, etc. knew exactly what was coming. Hell, even Romo called him out on national television.

Byron was an absolute abomination last year. Anyone with an ounce of football acumen could see it.

And, based on the insane buzz Lovie Leftwich has generated this offseason; it looks like the NFL and NCAA see it as well.

Much to the chagrin of you and your fellow short bus riding dipshit.

Many fans here and off board bought into Arians claim that this team was the most talented yet

without Gronk, AB, Marpet etc

Byron Leftwich can barely talk, let alone lead an NFL offense as OC. Once the Bucs offense experienced some talent erosion, he was exposed as a fraud. It's been said over and over here, no point in mucking through the details yet again. He needs to go back to playing golf in AZ.

Let's be honest, Brady wasn't at his best, but he was also better than most QB's in the league even last year. He went through some really hard crap with the divorce (losing all that weight - nearly went through something similar and my head wasn't in my job at all so I know how that is). Having said that, he played well enough during most games to win, but the offensive play calling made it an absolute bear to be consistent and score. The red zone was our calling card in 20 and 21, but we couldn't buy a score last year. Why? Because without elite talent everywhere, defenses were able to snuff out everything as they knew what was coming. I can't count how many times I could guess the upcoming play just looking at the formation and the down and distance. And I'm just some dude sitting on my couch watching the game. Imagine how easy it was for other teams to figure out what we were doing?

How anyone can't see that BL was a huge problem, is beyond me. He's not getting a job elsewhere because he got exposed. The whole league realized that it was still Arians ultimately driving the offense the prior two years, combined with top talent. It will be so refreshing to see guys getting schemed open this year. Can't wait.

Brady certainly wasn’t himself.

if we had Ali marpet & Jensen the offense would’ve been much much much better.

missed ab gronk and Arians immensely as well.

several factors aside from Brady but obviously he wasn’t blameless either.

You are literally the only poster that had said or referenced this being the most talented team, and you’re a proven dumbass. So there is that.

The fact that Arians said this reinforces my point that his public statements aren’t to be taken seriously. Congratulations for verifying that.

Byron had interviews with the Ravens and ND, by the way. The worst OC in Bucs history has the best winning percentage of all the other OC's, go figure. Your mention of Donovan just futher emphasizes my point-BIG UGLIES MATTER. There were several factors that played into the regression of our offense this year. I'm not saying Leftwich was fautless. But weak OL play, lack of prodcution from the TE position, lack of a running game, inconsistency from 3rd wr position, Godwin not being 100% for most of the season, and Brady's decline were all major contributing factors.

Everybody saw what was coming. There is no way anybody viewing the game can tell whether the play that was run was called from sideline or an audible at the LOS. Brady had the freedom to audible. So spare me that bullshit.

And, got passed up (and by a freaking TE's coach...LOL).

We all know Bruce was the one calling the shots. Hence, the "red sharpie" articles.

Go look at Lovie Lefty's offensive ranking the years he hasn't had Bruce holding his hand versus the ones where Arians was on the sideline.

The rest of your low-IQ rambling is nothing more than deflective bullshit. All things that have been debunked through film, analytics, and metrics.

But, since you want to die on that hill. If all those "excuses" are the reason for Lovie Lefty's failures, then why doesn't he have a job?

I mean, the greatest OC in Buc's history should've been courted by a number of NFL/NCAA programs. I mean, the minute he was fired, there should of been a mile-long line of suitors.

So, tell us @harrybucman, why doesn't Byron have a new gig?

@donkey_hunter We all know Bruce was calling the plays. We all don't know shit. Bruce himself said he turned the offense over to Leftwich. So you're calling Bruce a liar. Your dumbass knows more about the inner workings than the poeople involved. How?

Before he was hired, Bruce said he woldn't take the job unless Byron could come with him. But your dumbass is a better evaluator of talent than our SB winning coach.  WOW!!!! Bruce even said recently that he fully expects Byron will secure a HC position. But your dumb, never accomplished anything, ass is a better evaluator of talent than our SB winning HC. Right!!!

I’m guessing it’s because he had a clue, while you go without.
