Qb.. No excuse to keep McCown and let Glennon walk.

If we draft a qb, bring in a fa qb, and they keep one of the qb's we now have, it should be Glennon. He's young, has talent to work with, respected by teammates, cheaper and under team control longer, and has far more upside than McCown.  (That 4+ million we would save on McCown can pay for a viable free agent Linebacker/RB/OL/DL etc)Two constants over the last couple years:We keep losingWe keep letting guys leave and watch them do well elsewhere.Gotta keep Glennon.If bringing in a qb means that we have to get rid of a younger and better qb of the two we have, someone is taking the wrong approach.
