Cuts:GoldsonCollinsKeonenTrades:Mike Glennon to ARI (3rd Rd)Resign:Bowers - depth, cheap, was decent on the inside Wright - also inexpensive, knows the system, not a long term option but at only 27 he has made some playsMcdougald - This guy is going to be good. Really like his skillset. Definitely one of the starters at SFree Agency:Orlando Franklin (G,T) - He should be the number 1 priority. Plug in at RT. Could move back to LG if Mankins sucks and pamhille steps up. RT for now.Brandon Graham - shouldn't cost that much. High energy and good depth. Better than Clayborn.Draft:Rd 1 Jameis Winston- Best QB. Arguably best player. The media won't rattle the bucs FO. Wit this kid we get a winner I think Licht sees a real opportunity to trade back in this round (2nd) and pick up and extra 3rd and 5th. A team will get desperate to grab a guy that slipped.Rd 2 Tre Jackson- Very good guard. Run blocking is strong and pass blocking is solid. I like that he has that mean streak in him. 3rd Ifo Ekpre-Olomu- Ideal slot corner in this scheme. Ronde Barber type player with the instincts and ball skills. Injury drops him but I don't think he'd run particularly fast if he wasn't 3rd Kurtis Drummond- This guy could be a star in this type of defense. I really like what he brings to the table. He and Mcdougald compliment eachother well 3rd Stephone Anthony- When it's all said and done he will be just as important as anyone in this draft. He has the speed, instincts and coverage to be the Mike backer we so need. This will be a key pick4th Markus Golden- Really good pass rusher. Average size but not a problem with us. These Missouri guys are productive in the prosUse the two 5ths (1 from trade back) and a 7th to move back into the 4th4th Jamison Crowder- With an accurate QB we can finally take advantage of our slot WR. This guy is lightning quick and should be tough to match up with. Can be used in a variety of ways. He will give us an added element.6th Jon Feliciano- This guy can play multiple positions on the line. Starts out as good depth but develop into more
