Today on the radio up here there haven't been decisions about the staff yet - they are still debating whether Gruden even has the final say on the coaching staff.

Sean McVay is 27 years old. Wow. Gotta be the youngest OC, I've ever seen. Can't believe Jay Gruden is okay with leaving most of that staff intact.

Didn't earn it. He's John McVay's grandson.

I'm sure it helped him get a job at first, but at this point? He played WR in college, got a gig as a grunt with the Bucs, worked for the Tuskers, and then worked his way up the Redskins ladder. He got the Skins gig because he was on the staff with Haslett with the Tuskers. He's paid his dues long enough to either sink or swim on his own. Whether he'll be a good coordinator is any guess. Gruden is calling the plays. Did Gruden earn it?

London Fletcher is a self motivator....only type of player that can succeed under Heemy.

Maybe Morris learned something with his time here.

Like how to make a killer Mojito

Horrible decision keeping Rah. He hasn't been anything but a failure as a DC or HC.I still think the Bucs D was turned over to him for Kiffin's last 4 games when they completely collapsed and cost us the playoffs.

He didn't work his way up the ladder. Maybe the Gruden/Allen ladder, that's about it. You're talking about the Tuskers.... the TUSKERS. This is the most blatant example of nepotism I've ever seen.

Why do you care?  Did you apply for the job or something?    Who is the real OC there going to be Gruden or this guy?

He got the job in Washington because of Haslett, not Allen.

how are Haslett and Morris both DC?

Probably not.  Danny Boy is always "heavily involved". Jay doesn't have much leverage at this point in time, so he is just happy to be a NFL HC.  If he can do well with this opportunity, he could be quite the rage for other HC openings later down the road. Like his Bro.

When you think about it, it's reall a "no-lose" situation for Jay.  He gets the experience and the title under his belt and on his resume and even if he crashes and burns everyone will blame it on Snyder and the RGIII-ring circus up there.
