If you think about it, our team needs are pretty much set even though the free agency is still going on. Licht will be drafting for the needs a few years out, especially for 2022. And there are some glaring needs that will crop up in 2022.

Defensive Tackle: Whether or not we sign Suh, McCoy or whoever, we still need to draft another DT who can step in and start in 2022. I think this will be the priority.

Tight End: Even if we sign Gronk and keep Howard around, what about 2022? TE is a huge long term need. Don't be shocked if we draft a TE in the first or second round.

Edge rusher. We will either resign Shaq or if we don't we will probably sign another FA pass rusher. Either way, we need to improve the depth at edge to replace JPP after this year.

OT. I don't see any huge extension happening for Donovan Smith. He will be better off waiting out the year and cashing in on free agency next year when the cap expands. The Bucs need to draft an OT to give us legitimate depth at that position.

Running Back They will probably sign a FA, but we still have room for a rookie RB who can step right in and help next year.

OG/C: Jensen is in the same position. Why renegotiate this year when he'll be a free agent when the cap expands? We need depth all across the O-line.
